ARTICLE 1. OUR COMMERCIAL POLICY

EIKJE sells products through its website (www.eikjeamsterdam.com) as part of its e-commerce activity, exclusively to end users, hereinafter referred to as the “Customers”.

A “Customer” refers to any natural person acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their professional or commercial activity. The Site reserves the right to refuse any order that does not comply with this commercial policy.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) govern online sales carried out via the Site. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these GTC without reservation.

ARTICLE 2. PURCHASES ON THE EIKJE WEBSITE

  • Product descriptions, prices including VAT, payment methods, and delivery options are clearly indicated on the Site.
  • The products available for sale are those displayed on the Site, subject to stock availability.
  • In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, EIKJE will inform the Customer and issue a refund for the relevant item(s).
  • Product photos are non-contractual; slight variations may occur depending on screen settings or photography conditions.

ARTICLE 3. PRICES

Prices displayed on the Site are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs. Shipping fees are indicated before final order validation. EIKJE AMSTERDAM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the prices applied are those in force at the time the Customer places the order.

ARTICLE 4. PAYMENT METHODS

  • Credit or debit card (secure payment via Shopify Payments)
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Bancontact, iDEAL (depending on the country)

Payment is due immediately upon order validation. All transactions are secured through SSL encryption. No banking data is stored or retained by EIKJE.

ARTICLE 5. DELIVERY

Order preparation and delivery times are specified on the Site and in the delivery policy, which is accessible at all times. Orders are shipped only to valid addresses (excluding P.O. boxes, hotels, or collective residences). A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order is dispatched.

Delivery areas, timeframes, and shipping costs may vary depending on the carrier and the time of year; this information is always clearly indicated during order validation.

ARTICLE 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – RETURNS – EXCHANGES

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision and without incurring any costs other than the return shipping costs.

To exercise this right, the Customer must contact our customer service team at contact@eikjeamsterdam.com in order to obtain return instructions. The return address of our warehouse will be communicated once the request is approved. The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, complete, and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Items that are damaged, incomplete, or show signs of wear cannot be refunded.

Defective product or preparation error: if a product is defective or an incorrect item has been received, the Customer must contact our customer service team at contact@eikjeamsterdam.com within 10 to 14 days following receipt, providing clear photos of the item concerned. Upon confirmation, a replacement product will be sent free of charge. No prior return will be required if the defect is confirmed by photo.

ARTICLE 7. LEGAL WARRANTIES

The Customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

ARTICLE 8. PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected is necessary for order processing and delivery. This information is strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties without consent.

In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data, which they may exercise by contacting us at contact@eikjeamsterdam.com.

ARTICLE 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the website www.eikjeamsterdam.com (texts, images, logos, trademarks, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of EIKJE AMSTERDAM. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the company.

ARTICLE 10. APPLICABLE LAW

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to reach an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
