We offer the following shipping option:

ARTICLE 2. Shipping Areas

Delivery is available throughout Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The list of available destinations may change at any time. Availability for each country is clearly indicated during checkout.

ARTICLE 3. Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Europe, United Kingdom and the United States: orders are prepared the same day, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

On average, our customers receive their parcels within 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the destination, the time of year, and local logistical constraints. All shipping costs are clearly communicated to the Customer during the ordering process.

Deliveries are made only to valid addresses (excluding P.O. boxes, hotels, temporary accommodations, or fixed postal collection points).

Note: some destinations may not be available at all times. Only the delivery options displayed at checkout are guaranteed.

ARTICLE 4. Order Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched, allowing you to track your parcel in real time.

ARTICLE 5. Customer Responsibility – Address Accuracy & Parcel Receipt

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order. In the event of an error, EIKJE cannot be held responsible for any delivery delay or failure.

Upon receipt, the Customer must check the condition of the parcel and the delivered items. Any issue (damaged parcel, missing item) must be reported immediately, with precise reservations noted on the carrier’s delivery slip.

In the event of a missing or damaged item, an investigation may be opened with the carrier (which may take up to 21 business days). If the item is located, it will be reshipped to the Customer. If not, a replacement or appropriate solution will be offered by EIKJE.

Once the parcel is marked as “delivered” to the address provided at the time of ordering, the order is considered fully fulfilled, and no refund may be issued for a parcel marked as delivered.
