Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy

Welcome to www.eikjeamsterdam.com. The conditions below apply to all return, exchange, and refund requests made through our website.

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision and without incurring any costs other than the return shipping costs.

To exercise this right, the Customer must contact our customer service team by email at contact@eikjeamsterdam.com in order to obtain return instructions. The return address of our warehouse will be communicated once the request is approved.

The product must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its complete original packaging — together with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, and the parcel must be sent to our facilities located in Asia. Once the item has been received and inspected by our team, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum period of 14 days. Items that are damaged, incomplete, or show signs of use cannot be refunded.

Defective Product or Order Preparation Error

If an item is found to be defective or if an error occurred during order preparation, the Customer must contact our customer service team at contact@eikjeamsterdam.com within 10 to 14 days following receipt of the parcel, providing clear photos of the item concerned.

After verification, a replacement product will be sent to the Customer free of charge. No prior return will be required if the defect is confirmed by photo.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Returns will therefore not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product opened, used, washed, or unsealed;
  • Change of mind after use;
  • Incorrect size or model selected by the Customer;
  • Absence of proof of purchase;
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the Customer.
